Surgeons, please consider contributing to the COVIDSurg data bank (generally requires institutional IRB approval or exemption):

CovidSurg Cohort Study: submit data about ANY surgical patient with COVID-19 (diagnosed before or after surgery). Use their protocol to approach your own institution about participation; they've also shared their IRB application templates, and their data collection tool.

CovidSurg-Cancer: submit data about all cancer surgery patients with COVID-19; see their data collection tool and other approval resources you can use to approach your institution.

CovidSurg Workforce Survey: All surgical residents and faculty are invited to participate in this (identity-optional) survey.
